Workout for Friday, January 29

100 walking lunges. For Time. We did this last on December 28

    Shoveled snow for more than an hour off very large driveway.

  3. Shoveled snow/slush/ice off another large driveway for more than an hour on Sat. Back very sore! Does this count for lunges and lifting weights? I did need a back/arms/shoulder workout:) Although the temp. was below freezing, I was not cold at all...broke a sweat in coat, hat, gloves & scarf.:)
