Shoveled snow/slush/ice off another large driveway for more than an hour on Sat. Back very sore! Does this count for lunges and lifting weights? I did need a back/arms/shoulder workout:) Although the temp. was below freezing, I was not cold at all...broke a sweat in coat, hat, gloves & scarf.:)
