I will do this tomorrow as I start marathon training! Kayla made up a workout for us to do today - here it is: 15 sit ups 14 push ups 13 good mornings 12 su 11 pu 10 gm 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 julie: 2:27 Kayla: 2:48
1 hour Yoga - julie 3 mile run - julie 30:30 ; kayla - 39:30 Took it slow and easy for the first run out for marathon training - didn't sweat much or breathe heavy and recovered fast - so probably should pick it up a notch!:)
