Workout for Tuesday, January 19

Run 5 minutes
50 squats
30 push ups

For time.

I suggest running away from your house for 2 1/2 minutes, then run back home and immediately start in on your squats and push ups.

We did this last on Nov. 20. Finally, pretty enough days for a run!
