50 walking lunge
25 good mornings

We did this last on May 3

  1. Sorry I missed yesterday. Was in Stillwater with Addy for enrollment/orientation and didn't get home until after 5. Wow, Julie and Molly...you guys are awesome!
    2-mile walk followed by workout
    Lunges/good-ams: 16:05
