Workout for Thursday, June 10

3 rounds for time:

100 jumping jacks
25 dumbbell thrusters (10-15 lbs, if possible)
25 dumbbell walking lunge


For the Dumbbell walking lunges--hold the dumbbells at your sides, arms hanging straight down. Same weight as the thrusters. I know you love those lunges!!!
